Ok, here are my thoughts on the new doll tote. It is great for short trips but I don't know about long hauls. I bought my DD one in August at the AG place thinking that she would be able to take 2 dolls to family functions and thus make it easier to have someone play with her. When we tried to put 2 dolls in we found it hard to snap. Once it was snapped it pretty well stayed snapped but it was really heavy. And with only one doll we found that it was a bit off balance. It does have a nice big zipper compartment on the bottom and a smaller zipper pocket in the main section. But my daughter still prefers the backpack.
